Returns, Refunds, & Cancellation Policy

All sales on Originals are final we are not responsible for any damage or lost items during shipment. We do understand things happen, so in this case you will be issued a partial refund which will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase. There are no refunds on prints, however, you can exchange for a different print of your choice if you are unsatisfied with the print you received. We are not responsible for the shipping cost for re-shipment.

Parties and events need to be booked 2 weeks in advance with a non-refundable booking deposit of $50. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so within 72 hours prior to the event date. If you booked a seat in a class and can’t attend, refund requests must be made 24 hours before the initial class start date anytime after. Thank you!
